Spicy Kale Chips

  1. All you need is two bunches of Kale, stalks will need to be removed
  2. 1 teaspoon of paprika
  3. 1 teaspoon of chili flakes
  4. 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  5. Salt flakes and fresh ground pepper.



Preheat the oven to 180˚C; line two baking tray

Scatter kale over the trays in a single layer

Sprinkle with paprika

Chili flakes and drizzle over olive oil

Season with salt and pepper to taste

Bake for 10 minutes. It's that easy!
