Chocolate for Breakfast? Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • Chia Seeds (Black or White)
  • Almond Milk Or Coconut
  • Cocoa
  • Fruit of your choice
  • Honey 

Method

  1. Poor Chia Seeds into bowl
  2. Poor Milk of your choice into the same bowl and mix together, do this over a period of roughly 5 mins as the Chia seeds will start to swell and mixture will become thick
  3. Add Honey (usually a Dessert spoon, but you may want it sweater) 
  4. Add Coco- amount depends on how much of a chocolate fan you are!
  5. Mix in fruit of your choice (we Love coconut flakes, banana and raspberries)
  6. Enjoy your chocolate for breakfast ;)
