3 Ingredient Pancakes

A great quick and easy spin on traditional Pancakes.

  • ┬áRoughly 1 x grated zucchini
  • ┬áRoughly 2-4 Tbsp nut butter (almond, cashew, peanut, brazil ect..)
  • Roughly 2-3 organic eggs

Spring onion, herbs, feta or other cheese varieties ect...


  1. Add the grated zucchini, nut butter and eggs to a bowl and mix together. Add seaweed saltand pepper to taste.
  2. Fry the pancake mixture in butter, ghee or coconut oil in batches

Serve them plain or with sauerkraut, homemade yoghurt or pesto, avocado, fried eggs, tomato and mushrooms. The Choice is yours.
